Project Coordination Engineer - UAE National

Job Description: Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National) Abu Dhabi - UAE Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordination Engineer - Emirati National to join our team! In this role you will get to Project Coordination Engineer ( site) - Emirati to support the CS team in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with respect to enabling works & infrastructure works. What You'll Be Doing: • Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams. • Assist in reviewing drawings/models to identify clashes and issues. • Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs, and reports. • Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions. • Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance. • Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information. Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in coordinating the construction of roads and infrastructure works and associated items. • Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues. • Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors. • Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources. • Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records. • Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Senior Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • Basic understanding of projects scheduling and contract milestones. • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi service authorities and permitting. • Knowledge of site construction activities and engineering review. • Basic understanding of stakeholders interface and logistics. Security Clearance Requirement: None What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering. • Fresh graduates with internship experience • Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings. • Good English communication and organizational skills. • Driving license is required. • Computer Microsoft Software is required. • AI knowledge is a preferred.
