Production Manager

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines. • Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and priorities. • Supervise tailors, pattern makers, cutters, embroiderers, and production staff. • Ensure garments meet the company's quality standards before delivery. • Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability. • Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity. • Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. • Prepare daily and weekly production reports for Operation Manager. • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in garment or fashion production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Experience in luxury fashion, couture, or bespoke garment production is preferred. • UAE experience is an advantage.
