Production Worker

• JOB PURPOSE Responsible for Machine Production, Packing Activities and all work related to Production. • KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS • Operate machinery to assist in the production process • Assemble materials and equipment as required • Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met • Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines • Transport raw materials from one place to another • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met • Conduct inspections and quality control of products • Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to Production Manager. • OPERATING ENVIRONMENT • May have to stand for long periods. • Often perform repetitive tasks with their hands and may also have to lift heavy items. High school graduate with Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in food packing line.
