Fabrication Superintendent / Production Supervisor

• Supervise and manage daily fabrication shop activities. • Plan and execute production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards. • Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, steel structures, and related equipment . • Coordinate with different departments, clients, and project teams. • Prepare reports, method statements, and production updates. • Maintain fabrication equipment, tools, and workshop activities. • Ensure compliance with welding procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar supervisory role. • Experience working with fabrication companies having a workforce of 30+ employees . • Gulf experience as Fabrication Supervisor / Foreman / Production Engineer is preferred. • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering . • Knowledge of: • WPS, WPQ, PQR • Welding processes and inspection • Heat treatment • Material specifications • ASME Codes • QMS & HSE requirements • Good communication skills in English.
