Procurement Specialist

Manage procurement activities for goods and services in line with operational requirements, approved budgets, and company policies. Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and support price and commercial negotiations to achieve best value. Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure all procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and properly approved. Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor open purchase orders, delivery timelines, and pending requirements, and follow up on any delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate supplier records, quotations, contracts, and procurement-related documentation. Support supplier performance reviews and assist in identifying reliable and cost-effective sourcing options. Ensure all procurement activities are fully compliant with Jumeirah s internal procurement policies, approval processes, delegated authorities, and applicable procedures. Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for procurement transactions in accordance with internal control requirements. Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills. Good organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good understanding of procurement compliance, internal controls, and approval procedures. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
