Principal Financial Controller

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Principal Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management processes. * Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. * Lead month\-end and year\-end closing activities. * Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and decision\-making. * Mentor and supervise finance team members. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast\-paced environment.
