Principal Civil Engineering Consultant

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineering Consultant to provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, mentor engineering teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver innovative, cost\-effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. * Provide technical guidance and review engineering designs, reports, and specifications. * Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. * Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities. * Prepare and present technical proposals and project reports. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensure preferred. * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and construction practices. * Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). * Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships.
