Principal Data Analytics Manager

**Job Summary** We are seeking a **Principal Data Analytics Manager** to lead enterprise analytics initiatives, drive data\-informed decision\-making, and oversee the development of scalable analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead data analytics strategy and business intelligence initiatives. * Oversee data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. * Translate business needs into data\-driven solutions and recommendations. * Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support strategic decision\-making. * Mentor analytics professionals and drive continuous process improvement. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. * Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization tools. * Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics platforms. * Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Master's degree or relevant analytics certifications are an advantage.
