Principal Cybersecurity Specialist

**Job Summary** We are seeking a **Principal Cybersecurity Specialist** to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, manage security risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, and security operations. * Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents and threats. * Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices. * Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits. * Collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen enterprise security. * Mentor security professionals and support continuous security improvements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of network security, SIEM, EDR, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response. * Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS. * Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security\+) are an advantage.
