Pricing cum Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding Company: Sailmaster

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for air freight, sea freight, land freight, and other logistics services. • Actively approach potential customers, including importers, exporters, traders, and corporate clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop long-term business partnerships. • Prepare competitive quotations for import, export, air freight, sea freight, and land transportation shipments. • Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and other service providers. • Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards achieving sales targets. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction. • Monitor market rates, competitor pricing, and industry trends to maintain competitiveness. • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, sales activities, and business opportunities. • Proven experience in freight forwarding pricing and sales is essential. • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, import/export procedures, and logistics pricing. • Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, acquire customers, and bring business to the company. • Experience negotiating freight rates with carriers, agents, and service providers. • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. • A proactive, target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good knowledge of the UAE freight forwarding market and established industry contacts will be an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding systems or CRM tools is preferred.
