Job description
Marketing United Arab Emirates Justlife
Every booking on Justlife starts with someone deciding to try us for the first time. Right now we buy a lot of those first visits across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snap, in two markets and across verticals as different as home cleaning, salon & spa, and healthcare at home. Each one has its own economics, and nobody is looking at them that closely.
This is a hands-on operator role that is also a people-leadership role, not a strategy-only or agency-management role. You ll still be in the ad accounts, and you ll lead a team of Performance Executives, each owning a vertical end to end. Your north-star outcome is new-customer CAC: bringing blended CAC down 10 20% from today s baseline at flat or higher volume, with payback and repeat rate as the proof that the customers you bought were worth buying.
You ll love this role if you • Still enjoy building campaigns yourself, and get equal satisfaction from making two or three specialists better at it
• Distrust platform-reported ROAS until you ve checked it against actual bookings
• Think in CAC, payback, and 90-day repeat rate, and can hold all three in your head when you move budget
• Run tests every week, write down what you learned, and are comfortable concluding that your own idea didn t work
• Want to own where the money goes across channels, verticals, and two markets, rather than execute someone else s plan
What you ll own • Drive new-customer CAC down at flat or higher volume, by market and by vertical, with a clear CAC ceiling per channel
• Budget allocation: build and run a model that reallocates weekly on marginal CAC and payback, not on last month s averages
• Day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, and Apple Search Ads, including app install and in-app event campaigns
• Scale KSA new customers to target at or under the KSA CAC ceiling, while keeping UAE efficient
• A creative testing system: a steady monthly flow of new concepts, with win rate tracked and briefs that specialists can write from
• Measurement you trust: Meta CAPI, server-side GTM, GA4 and MMP data validated against backend bookings, plus at least one proper incrementality test (geo holdout or conversion lift) on a major channel, with budget decisions that follow the result
• Your team: develop Performance Executives so each owns a vertical end to end and can present its performance alone
• Cross-functional work with Business Development on growth targets, and with CRM, Product, and the category teams on acquisition quality and supply constraints
What tells us you re the one • You ve measurably reduced CAC or scaled new customers at a fixed CAC target. Tell us the budget you owned, the target, and the number that moved.
• You can explain the chain from a budget decision to a business result, and you ve done it in front of finance or leadership without jargon
• You have 5+ years in performance marketing, including 2+ years owning a substantial monthly budget across Meta and Google, though results matter more than years
• You ve been hands-on in ad accounts in the last two years, in-house at a consumer app or marketplace where the goal was new customers at a CAC target, not leads or ROAS alone
• You control your own tracking (CAPI, server-side GTM, GA4 or AppsFlyer/Adjust) and validate conversions against backend data, because our decisions are only as good as our measurement
• You build your own reports in SQL or advanced Excel and can work through CAC, payback, and blended versus marginal spend on the spot
• You test with a written hypothesis, a clean design, and a decision attached to every result
• You ve managed or formally mentored two or more media buyers, and you name their contributions when you talk about results
• GCC experience (UAE or KSA), Arabic creative, Ramadan seasonality, or home services and on-demand categories are a plus, not a requirement
