People and Culture Specialist

Description: Performance Management | Support the planning and execution of company performance management cycles. Coordinate performance review processes, timelines, and documentation. Assist managers in goal setting and OKR alignment processes. OKR Track performance review completion and follow up with stakeholders. Consolidate performance data and prepare summary reports. Support probation and milestone review processes. Help maintain performance management frameworks, templates, and tools. Learning & Training | Coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives. Support training needs analysis in partnership with team managers. Organize training schedules, materials, and participation tracking. Assist in onboarding training program structure and rollout. Track training completion and learning progress metrics. Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of training programs. Program & Process Support | Maintain performance and learning documentation and guidelines. Support rollout of new performance and development initiatives. Prepare internal communications related to performance and training programs. Assist in building structured development pathways and competency frameworks. Support HR projects related to talent development and capability building. Requirements | Experience | 2 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development. 2 5 Experience supporting performance review or training programs preferred. Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus.
