Training consultant

• Manage annual training calendars and budgets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional development requirements. • Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning databases. • Prepare training reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support management decisions. • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance indicators, and return on investment (ROI). • Coordinate external training providers and consultants to support learning and development initiatives. • Advise management on talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and professional certification programs. • Collaborate with department managers to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives and competency frameworks. • Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions using coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training methods. • Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials. • Conduct training needs analysis to identify competency gaps and workforce development priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or organizational development. • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs in various formats. • Certification in instructional design or relevant training methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is preferred.
