People Analytics & Talent Development Specialist

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership training, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems. • Utilize people analytics to identify trends, insights, and recommendations related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and employee development. • Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights. • Create dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to support strategic talent initiatives. • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and talent development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience in people analytics, talent development, or HR program management. • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python). • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
