• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories. • Ensure sufficient stock availability while avoiding overstocking. • Source cost-effective parts for servicing, repairs and used-vehicle refurbishment. • Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification accurately and on time. • Maintain organized and secure physical parts storage. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners while supporting stock planning and reporting. • Support Sales and Service teams with accessories and parts availability. • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and automotive brands. • Prepare stock, savings, purchasing and customer-service reports. • Support inventory cost control and departmental profitability targets. • Contribute to positive customer experience and effective teamwork. • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering. • 3-4 years of automotive parts or inventory management. • Practical knowledge of automotive parts, procurement and inventory management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Written and verbal communication skills. • Customer service skills. • UAE driving license is preferred.
