Overview of the Role Are you an automotive parts professional with a passion for customer service, sales, and delivering the right parts at the right time? We are currently building a strong pool of talented Parts Advisors for future opportunities across the UAE . As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and workshop operations by identifying parts requirements, ensuring availability, processing orders, and coordinating timely parts supply. You will combine strong automotive parts knowledge with excellent customer service and sales skills, helping to build lasting customer relationships while contributing to parts revenue and efficient workshop operations. What You Will Do • Assist customers and workshop teams in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable parts and accessories. • Drive parts sales through effective upselling, accessory promotion, and appropriate discount management. • Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams regarding parts availability, quotations, orders, and expected arrival. • Maintain accurate sales orders and reservations to support stock management and minimize potential financial losses. • Accurately capture and maintain customer and transaction information in SAP. • Support regular inventory control activities. • Follow established operational procedures to maintain accuracy and deliver a consistent customer experience. • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support customer retention. Required Skills to Be Successful • Strong automotive parts and product knowledge. • Experience in parts sales and customer service. • Proficiency in Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems. • Good customer handling and interpersonal skills. • Strong communication and coordination abilities. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , with SAP knowledge preferred . • Good understanding of inventory and parts ordering processes. • Conversational English with basic Arabic-speaking ability. • Customer-focused with strong teamwork skills.
