Optical Technician

We are looking for an experienced Optical Sales Executive / Optical Technician to join our team in Dubai. Sales and customer service are the primary responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 year of optical sales experience in the UAE and should also have practical experience in lens edging and spectacle fitting. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets. • Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products. • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. • Handle customers professionally throughout the sales process. • Explain lens options, coatings, and product features clearly to customers. • Perform lens edging for different types of lenses. • Fit lenses into full-rim, semi-rimless, and rimless frames. • Maintain a clean and organized optical store. • Support daily store operations and work effectively with the team. Requirements • Minimum 2 year of optical sales experience in the UAE (mandatory). • Previous experience working in an optical store in the UAE . • Strong sales and customer service skills. • Good knowledge of optical frames, lenses, coatings, and related products. • Good spoken English is mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Target oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
