Beauty Advisor / Sales Executive

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their skincare and makeup needs • Recommend suitable products and demonstrate applications, samples, and testers • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Upsell and cross-sell to increase basket size • Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are clean, attractive, and fully stocked • Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts and replenishment • Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics or beauty products sales • Prior experience with a cosmetics brand in the UAE is preferred • Arabic speaker preferred (English is a must) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Well-groomed, presentable, and passionate about beauty • Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
