• Welcome customers and provide professional jewellery sales assistance. • Explain gold purity, jewellery designs, diamond products, pricing and making charges. • Handle gold and diamond jewellery sales and customer enquiries. • Assist customers with old gold exchange and valuation procedures. • Maintain jewellery displays, stock records and showroom cleanliness. • Handle billing, POS transactions and daily sales records. • Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. • Follow company policies and maintain accurate inventory records. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably in the UAE. • Good knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, weight calculation and making charges. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Ability to communicate in English; Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage. • Honest, responsible, presentable and customer-focused. • Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred. • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
