Retail Sales Executive (Jewellery)

• Receive the customer and engage with them to understand their requirement. • Introduce various products to the customers and facilitate their buying decision. • Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction. • Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section. • Promote and enroll customers in Schemes, highlighting and promoting its benefits. • Supporting customers in scheme opening process. • Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solution • Managing customer experience in the assigned section as per established guidelines, support in all after- sales queries. • Appropriate Packing of Products according to the Product Category. • Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter • Monitor the stock in the section and ensure adequate stock for sales. • Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated. • Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimize the same. • Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day; maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers. • Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices & learning to improve store level processes. • Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions. • HSC Qualified or above • 1-6 Years experience in customer service or retail sales
