Online QC Inspector – Plastic Film Industry Company: Rixin Plastic Industries LLC Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE Department: Quality Control Workplace: On-site Job Description Rixin Plastic Industries LLC is looking for an experienced Online QC Inspector with hands-on knowledge of plastic film manufacturing, printing, coating and quality testing. The candidate should be capable of handling quality inspections independently, identifying production defects and ensuring that products meet required quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Conduct online/in-process quality inspections during production. • Perform quality tests on plastic films, printed and coated materials. • Check film thickness, width, coating quality, colour consistency and product specifications. • Identify defects, report quality issues and coordinate with production operators for corrective action. • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. • Independently perform routine quality testing with minimal supervision. • Maintain accurate inspection records, test results and quality reports. • Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety procedures. Requirements • Previous experience in plastic film manufacturing, printing, coating or related QC operations. • Practical knowledge of plastic film testing and quality inspection methods. • Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot quality issues. • Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for assigned inspections. • Good reporting and communication skills. • Willingness to work actively in a manufacturing environment. • Immediate joiners preferred. • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in quality control are a plus. • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in quality control within the plastic film manufacturing sector. • Demonstrated proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators. • Familiarity with common plastic film defects and their root causes.
