One-QC Inspector

• Read blueprints and specifications. • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced. • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. • Operate electronic inspection equipment and software. • Aerospace and ISO quality standard certifications desirable. • Lean Six Sigma Certification desirable. • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control (SPC) basics, and inspection methodologies.
