Online Academy Business & Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial *Online Academy Business & Operations Manager* to help research, strategize, build, launch, and manage our online education business focused on personal development, leadership, and life transformation. The candidate will work closely with the founder and a senior external strategist, taking ownership of research, planning, implementation, and daily operations. • *Market Research & Demand Analysis:* Research the Arab online education market, identify customer needs, high-demand course topics, competitors, market gaps, and business opportunities. • *Business Strategy & Planning:* Help develop the academy's business model, course portfolio, pricing, memberships, revenue streams, growth strategy, and business plans. • *Academy Development:* Coordinate the setup of the e-learning platform, course production, uploads, payment systems, CRM, and automation. • *Marketing & Sales:* Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, sales funnels, course launches, lead generation, and customer acquisition. • *Daily Operations:* Manage teams, agencies, timelines, student support, customer experience, and smooth daily execution. • *Business Performance:* Track revenue, sales, marketing budgets, conversions, profitability, student engagement, and growth targets. • Proven experience in a commercial ONLINE academy, e-learning business, or digital course/membership platform. • Experience in market research, demand validation, online course launches, and business growth. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, CRM, and e-learning platforms such as Kajabi, Thinkific, or LearnWorlds. • Commercially minded, analytical, highly organized, and execution-oriented. • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple teams and service providers. • Fluent Arabic and English.
