Onboarding Officer - Blue Collar

• Welcome new blue-collar hires, making them feel valued and integrated from day one. • Facilitate the seamless completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance documentation efficiently. • Conduct engaging orientation sessions covering company policies, safety protocols, and site-specific procedures. • Coordinate the issuance of necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure readiness for their roles. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree is a plus. • Proven experience in HR, onboarding, or a similar support role, preferably within a blue-collar or industrial environment. • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices related to hiring and onboarding. • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
