Trimble is looking for an energetic Office Manager to run our daily operations and keep our Dubai team connected and thriving. • Cultivate a safe, inspiring, and fully compliant workplace environment while managing daily facility needs, vendor relationships, and operating budgets. • Steer core operational compliance, ensuring timely renewals for trade licenses, establishment cards, registrations, and official corporate documentation. • Coordinate end-to-end local employee support, including visa processing, onboarding access cards, and health care renewals. • Build community by planning engaging team events, holiday gatherings, and shared cultural celebrations. • Serve as the primary regional partner collaborating with global People Experience, Facilities, and Finance teams. • Experience navigating UAE government portals, free zone procedures (DIC), and local visa administration. • Familiarity working within a multinational company across regional and global reporting structures. • Hands-on experience coordinating corporate travel, group logistics, and internal team-building events. • Proven background in office management, facilities coordination, or a comprehensive administrative role. • Demonstrated organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Clear, respectful communication skills with experience supporting diverse teams and managing third-party vendors. • Dependable track record of managing confidential documents, visa applications, and administrative expenses with complete discretion.
