• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available prior to meetings. • Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors, maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including kitchens and break rooms, to create a welcoming environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management is a plus. • Previous experience in an office environment preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
