• Office Girl Job Description: • The Office Girl plays a vital role in creating a professional, hospitable, and culturally appropriate environment during high-level meetings and official gatherings. She ensures that all guests, especially VIPs, are attended to with the highest standards of etiquette and discretion, reflecting the values of UAE culture and the Centre’s professionalism • Job Requirements • Knows how to prepare Karak, Arabic coffee and different types of tea and coffee • Has experience in hospitality with high level as ambassadors, DG, CEO. • Professional communication – Well-spoken in English • Must not have tattoos visible on hand/neck • Aware about VIP serving protocol • Preparation needed before services • Food presentation (attention to detail, appealing setup) • Contract Duration – One Year • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Previous experience in an office support or cleaning role, ideally within a corporate or service-oriented industry. • Proficiency in basic office equipment operation (e.g., photocopier, scanner). • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
