Office Assistant

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, juices, and other beverages to employees and visitors. • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry facilities. • Handle laundry of office items, including towels, placemats, and other reusable materials. • Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies, cleaning materials, and food and beverage (F&B) supplies. • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records and report replenishment requirements. • Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Facilities Management (FM) team. • Ensure proper storage of supplies and adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards. • Perform other office support duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail. • Basic stock control and record-keeping skills. • Previous experience in office assistance, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred. • Professional attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently.
