Office Boy

• Manage the daily office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. • Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors, maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness. • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available prior to meetings. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate departments. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management is a plus. • Previous experience in an office environment preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role. • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
