Offer Marketing Manager

The Offer Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, managing, and driving the commercial success of assigned offers ( Contactor, ATS & MTS) throughout their lifecycle. The role acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) across key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, prescription teams, consultants, operations, and LoB to achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the offer lifecycle, new launches, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market. Own offer P&L and drive revenue, margin, and growth targets. Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) across sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders. Support prescription teams and consultants to increase offer specifications and project wins. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Track key business KPIs and provide performance insights and recommendations. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, 5+ years of experience in Offer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Business Development. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
