Nursing Supervisor

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring seamless patient care delivery and adherence to established protocols. • Lead and mentor a team of nurses, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment while managing performance. • Implement and enforce quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes. • Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation across units. • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)/Masters in Nursing preferred. • Current RN license in good standing and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS). • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive clinical nursing experience. • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting. • Experience with JCI & Magnet accreditation
