Job description

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring seamless patient care delivery and adherence to facility protocols. • Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and skill development. • Manage staffing schedules and patient assignments, optimizing resource allocation for efficient workflow. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing team members. • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher. • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive clinical nursing experience. • Current RN license in good standing and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS). • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating supervisory capabilities.
