Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing • Valid UAE nursing license (DHA, DOH, or MOH) • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience • Previous ICU or NICU experience is required • Experience in staff training, mentoring, or clinical education is an advantage Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary • Medical insurance • Employment visa • Transportation Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism • Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure • Available to join immediately
