MEP Technician

• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, and carry out basic repairs on various AC units and building chiller systems. • Perform basic electrical maintenance, including lighting, switches, sockets, and replacement of faulty components within authorized competency. • Handle minor plumbing repairs, water leakages, drainage blockages, and sanitary fixture replacements. • Carry out general handyman duties, including carpentry, painting, minor civil repairs, and other building maintenance tasks. • Assist senior technicians with installation, inspection, servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of building systems. • Follow health and safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment. • Complete assigned maintenance tasks within the required timelines and report completed jobs and pending issues to the supervisor. • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar MEP or building maintenance role. • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, including AC units and building chillers. • Proven carpentry skills and practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. • Secondary school certificate is an advantage. • Good English communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete assigned tasks on time. • Proactive, hardworking, and capable of working independently. • Friendly personality with good interpersonal skills.
