MEP Technician Cum Driver

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. • Conduct timely repairs to resolve system malfunctions, minimizing downtime and service disruptions. • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for material transport, site visits, and emergency calls. • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repair records, and vehicle mileage for reporting and inventory purposes. • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in MEP trades is highly advantageous. • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience operating commercial vehicles. • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP system maintenance and repair. • Certified in relevant trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) or possess equivalent demonstrable skills.
