MEP Technician cum driver

We are looking for MEP Technician cum driver for leading company in Dubai . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge across multiple trades and be able to perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for building systems. Key Responsibilities • Perform multi-disciplinary maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil/repair works. • Conduct preventive maintenance for all facility equipment and systems. • Attend to reactive maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly. • Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of building systems. • Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, regulations, and company standards. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 1year and Maximum 5 years experience as a MEP Technician cum driver or similar maintenance role. • Valid manual driving license required • Technical knowledge in at least two or more areas: Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Mechanical / Carpentry. • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field (preferred). • Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshooting manuals. • Strong communication and team-working skills.
