MEP Supervisor and Civil Supervisor

We are seeking qualified and experienced Site Supervisors to join our team on a full-time basis in Dubai. We are looking to fill the following roles: • MEP Supervisor: To oversee HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and installations. • Civil Supervisor: To manage civil works, structural elements, building activities, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Team Supervision: Directly supervise site staff, technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations (Supervise Staff). • Site Management: Oversee building, construction, maintenance, and repair activities according to project specifications (Construction & Building). • MEP Discipline Coordination: • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. • Manage and coordinate the execution of civil works, including structural, architectural, and site development, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and construction methodologies. • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from plans, quality standards, or safety regulations, documenting all findings and corrective actions. • Supervise and guide MEP and Civil teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring efficient task allocation and resource management • Supervise HVAC and Mechanical works, ensuring proper setup and performance. • Oversee Electrical installations, wiring, safety, and power distribution. • Work closely with Electrical & Plumbing Foremen to resolve site-level technical challenges. • Civil Discipline Coordination: • Act as the lead Civil Site Supervisor , managing site execution, structural works, and finishing quality. • Quality & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and quality standards on-site while keeping progress aligned with project schedules. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or relevant trade certifications (e.g., Master Electrician, Plumber). • Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in supervising MEP and Civil construction projects within the building and infrastructure sectors. • Proven expertise in managing complex MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and civil works (structural, architectural, earthworks). • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
