MEP Supervisor with Driving License

• Oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations on-site, ensuring timely and quality completion of installations and maintenance. • Direct and supervise MEP technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance. • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and verify adherence to design specifications. • Manage the procurement and inventory of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Hold a valid UAE/GCC driving license, essential for site mobility and logistics. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry. • Demonstrated expertise in managing HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
