ABOUT THE ROLE

The company genuinely believes that a high-performance team is a sustainable team and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Manager is the person who makes sustainability a structural feature of how Mintlayer operates, not just a stated value.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Design and operate Mintlayer's employee wellbeing programs: EAP partnerships, mental health resource access, and one-to-one support frameworks
• Develop burnout prevention frameworks appropriate to a high-intensity startup environment
• Build cultural rituals that create connection and belonging across a distributed global team
• Conduct regular wellbeing check-ins and maintain confidential records
• Advise the Head of HR on organizational design decisions with wellbeing implications
• Produce wellbeing metrics reports for senior leadership at appropriate levels of anonymization
• Build and maintain relationships with mental health professionals and wellbeing service providers
