WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Lead Interest.One's digital asset fund: portfolio construction, investment decision-making, and risk management framework
• Own LP communications: quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting, and institutional LP meetings
• Develop Bitcoin-collateralized yield strategies across lending, on-chain DeFi, and structured product categories
• Manage the fund's risk framework: position limits, counterparty exposure, liquidity management, and drawdown protocols
• Hire and manage the Portfolio Manager team (three BTC Strategist positions)
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ADGM fund management requirements
• Brief the board and Head of Capital Strategy on fund performance and market outlook
