Marketing Specialist

Belvedere International School is seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen the school and nursery s brand presence, attract prospective families, increase admissions enquiries, and support student enrolment growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for the school and nursery, manage social media and digital campaigns, and create engaging promotional content to strengthen brand awareness and attract prospective families. Plan admissions campaigns and school events, generate enrolment enquiries, engage with the local Al Ain community, and monitor marketing performance to support student recruitment and retention. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector. • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Fluency in both Arabic and English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good knowledge of the Al Ain market, local community, and target audience , particularly families and parents. • Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns. • Strong skills in content creation, photography, videography, and visual storytelling. • Understanding of admissions marketing, lead generation, and strategies to increase student enrolment. • Creative, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • A portfolio demonstrating previous marketing campaigns and creative work is an advantage.
