Marketing Manager

Location: Nord Anglia Education school in Dubai, UAE Nord Anglia Education is building a talent pool of experienced Marketing Managers for our schools in Dubai. This is not a live vacancy. The role: When a role opens, you would join one of our schools as a Marketing Manager , where your focus will be: • Developing the school marketing plan and budget, in line with regional priorities • Planning and delivering campaigns that grow enquiries and enrolments • Using data, market research and competitor insight to measure results and spot opportunities • Creating high-quality marketing materials across print and digital channels • Applying the Nord Anglia and school brand consistently across all touchpoints • Working closely with admissions, communications and digital colleagues, and the regional Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team • Managing agencies and freelance suppliers • Leading, managing and developing a team of four Marketing Executives and Officers The Successful Candidate will possess: • Experience in marketing, brand or communications, ideally in a premium or education setting • A track record of planning and running successful multi-channel campaigns • Experience leading and developing a marketing team • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several deadlines at once • A good eye for creative and design, with strong attention to detail • Confidence using data to measure and report on results • Knowledge of the UAE market (desirable) • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (desirable)
