Design and branding: Create print and digital designs: brochures, prospectus, flyers, banners, signage, event materials, newsletters, uniforms and merchandise artwork. Keep the school s brand identity consistent across all platforms and materials. Design social media creatives, website graphics, email templates and presentation decks. Produce and edit photo and video content, including short reels and event highlights. Digital marketing: Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for admissions and open days. Manage the school website content and basic SEO, and keep information current. Plan and send email and WhatsApp campaigns to prospective and current parents. Track performance (leads, reach, engagement, cost per enquiry) and report monthly with recommendations. Support admissions campaigns, open days, taster sessions and re-enrolment drives. Communication and engagement: Work with teachers and school leaders to capture student achievements, events and school life. Support internal communications, including parent circulars and staff announcements. Monitor online reviews and social media messages, and escalate concerns promptly. Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers and agencies.
