Legal Translation Specialist

• Translate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, corporate policies, legal notices, and other official documents, from English into Arabic with the highest level of accuracy. • Ensure accurate translation of legal terminology, concepts, and nuances while preserving the original meaning and legal intent. • Research and verify legal terminology in accordance with relevant legal systems and jurisdictions, particularly UAE legal documentation where applicable. • Proofread and review translated documents to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and professional quality. • Maintain strict confidentiality and securely handle all company documents and sensitive legal information. • Complete translation assignments within agreed timelines and respond to requests as and when required. • A degree or professional qualification in Law, Translation, Languages, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in English-to-Arabic translation, particularly legal and corporate documentation. • Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and formal documentation standards. • Excellent written proficiency in both English and Arabic. • Knowledge of UAE legal terminology and experience with UAE legal documents will be an advantage. • High attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong commitment to confidentiality. • Ability to work independently on a part-time, on-demand basis. • Relevant legal translation certification or accreditation is an advantage, particularly for official document translation requirements . Roles & responsibilities • Part-time / freelance engagement. • Work will be assigned as and when translation requirements arise. • Payment will be on an hourly basis, as mutually agreed. • No fixed daily working hours; availability will be required based on assigned tasks.
