Legal Assistant

• Assist lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence. • Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, court judgments, and relevant legal precedents. • Prepare and organise case files, evidence, exhibits, and supporting documentation. • Assist with filing legal documents through ADJD, ADGM, and other relevant court portals. • Monitor court proceedings, hearing schedules, filing deadlines, and case developments. • Coordinate with clients, courts, government authorities, and other legal professionals. • Assist in preparing legal notices, memorandums, statements of claim, and other court submissions. • Maintain accurate records of client files, case updates, and legal documentation. • Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and the legal team. • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information. • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification. • Knowledge of UAE laws, legal procedures, and court systems is an advantage. • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage. • Familiarity with UAE court portals and legal documentation procedures. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant legal experience are encouraged to apply.
