Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience. Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash transactions. Assist in preparing VAT returns and maintaining supporting documents in compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents. Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Logistics departments for accounting-related matters. Assist in inventory accounting, stock valuation, and material cost verification. Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial records. Assist with monthly closing, expense reports, and preparation of financial statements. Support the Finance Manager during internal and external audits. Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
