Job Vacancy – Company PRO / Document Controller

• Maintain and update employee records, including passports, Emirates IDs, visas, labor contracts, and other personal documents. • Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and employee onboarding/offboarding documentation. • Handle documentation related to MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other relevant UAE government authorities. • Monitor expiry dates of employee visas, Emirates IDs, passports, company licenses, and other important documents. • Maintain proper filing systems for approximately 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Coordinate with employees, management, typing centers, and government service providers regarding documentation requirements. • Prepare official letters, NOCs, employment certificates, and other administrative documents. • Maintain employee databases, document trackers, and regular status reports using MS Excel. • Previous experience as a PRO, Document Controller, HR Administrator, or similar role in the UAE. • Good knowledge of UAE employment visa procedures and government documentation. • Fluent in Urdu/Hindi and English (speaking, reading, and writing in English). • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to manage documentation for a large workforce of approximately 300 employees. • Strong follow-up, communication, and multitasking skills. • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Familiarity with UAE government online portals will be an advantage.
