Job Description – Chinese Chef (Private Family)

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese cuisine for a private family in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be skilled in traditional Chinese cooking, maintain high standards of hygiene, and cater to the family's daily meal preferences. Nationality Requirement: Chinese nationals only . Applications from other nationalities will not be considered. • Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Sichuan, and other regional cuisines. • Plan daily menus and prepare meals, snacks, and refreshments as required. • Customize meals according to the family's tastes and dietary preferences. • Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper storage of ingredients. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment. • Manage grocery requirements, ingredient inventory, and food purchasing. • Prepare meals for family guests and special occasions when required. • Follow food safety standards and minimize food wastage. • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family. • Chinese nationality is mandatory. • Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a private household, VIP residence, or high-end restaurant. • Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques. • Ability to prepare a variety of Chinese dishes with consistent quality and presentation. • Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and food storage practices. • Ability to work independently and follow the family's schedule. • Professional attitude, reliability, and good communication skills. • Previous experience working for a VIP family in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
