The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Lebanese and international cuisines, with the ability to prepare high-quality, beautifully presented meals tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the principal and family. The successful candidate should demonstrate culinary creativity, exceptional attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to a private household environment, including travelling with the client whenever required. Key Responsibilities • Prepare high-quality Lebanese and international dishes, maintaining exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. • Plan daily menus according to the principal s preferences, dietary requirements, and lifestyle. • Source fresh, premium-quality ingredients and maintain appropriate kitchen inventory. • Ensure the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. • Accommodate special dietary requirements and customise menus as needed. • Manage meal preparation and service efficiently while maintaining discretion and professionalism. • Coordinate grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen supplies. • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage and handling of food. • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and be willing to travel with the client when required. Candidate Requirements • Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a comparable luxury hospitality role. • Strong culinary expertise in Lebanese and international cuisines. • Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and premium ingredient sourcing. • Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining high culinary standards. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach. • Impeccable personal hygiene, grooming, and kitchen management practices. • Discretion, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset suitable for a private household. • Must be available to join immediately or at short notice. • Female candidates are preferred for this particular requirement. • Candidates aged 25 35 are preferred for the role. • An EU passport is preferred. • Willingness to travel internationally with the client, if required.
