IT Supervisor

• Supervise daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees and restaurant branches. • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment. • Oversee restaurant POS systems, order management systems, and food delivery platform integrations. • Coordinate with IT service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues. • Monitor network connectivity, system performance, data security, and backup procedures. • Manage IT equipment, software installations, user accounts, and access permissions. • Ensure the smooth operation of technology systems across all branches. • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities. • Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. • Experience with restaurant POS systems and food delivery platform integrations is an advantage. • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
